    To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, please read the following information before making a reservation.

    About Our Facilities

    Our inn is housed in an old building, so we may not be able to meet the expectations of guests looking for the latest facilities and comforts.

    We hope you will enjoy the charm of the good old days. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

    Payment is accepted in JPY cash only.

    We do not accept payment by credit card or various types of electronic money.

    Please pay in JPY cash in person when you come here.

    Please check the fee on the Fee calculation form.

    Accommodation Fees

    In addition to the basic accommodation fee, the following charges may apply:

    • Room option fee: +¥1,000/person
      For rooms Facing the main street or With a private toilet
    • Busy season fee: +¥1,000/person
      Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and the day before holidays during busy season
    • Heating fee: + up to ¥1000/room
      During the cold season (late September to early May)

    Room Requests

    We offer the following three types of rooms and will ask for your preference at the time of booking, but please note that we may not be able to meet your request.

    • Standard (basic rate)
    • Room facing the Naraijuku street (additional charge: +¥1,000/person)
    • Room with toilet and washbasin (additional charge: +¥1,000/person)

    Since all rooms vary in size due to the old Edo-era architecture, this is to ensure that we can accommodate as many guests as possible.

    If you do not wish to stay in a room other than your preferred one, please select "No" in the item below on the reservation form.

    Cancellation Policy

    Please note the following. Thank you for your understanding.

    • From 3 days before the stay:
      30% of the accommodation fee
    • 1 day before the stay:
      50% of the accommodation fee
    • On the day or no-show:
      100% of the accommodation fee

    *We can accommodate unforeseen circumstances, so please contact us if there are any issues.

    If you want to cancel, change or contact us to confirm your booking

    Be sure to contact us using the dedicated form.

    All email and other communications will be considered invalid.

    ※If the number of guests falls below 50% of the original book, we may ask you to cancel the booking.

    Parking

    We apologize, but we ask that you use the nearby free parking lot (a 5-minute walk away).

    *No reservations are required for the parking lot.

    You need to submit your passport copy to confirm your booking.

    For identification, once you receive an email from us confirming your reservation, please submit a copy of your passport using the dedicated form provided in the email.
    Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your reservation.

    ご宿泊料金について

    基本の宿泊料金に加え、下記がかかる場合がございます。

    • お部屋のオプション料金：＋1,000円/人
      街道沿い、またはトイレ付きのお部屋をご利用の場合
    • 繁忙期料金：＋1,000円/人
      金土日祝日およびその前日、繁忙期
    • 暖房費：＋最大1000円/部屋
      寒期(9月下旬〜5月初旬)

    お部屋のご希望について

    当館は以下の3つのタイプの部屋があり、部屋によっては追加料金がかかります。

    • スタンダード(基本料金)
    • 奈良井の街道沿いのお部屋(追加料金：＋1,000円/人)
    • トイレ・洗面所付きのお部屋(追加料金：＋1,000円/人)

    ご予約時に希望は伺いますが、他のお部屋への案内となる場合がございます。
    当館は全ての部屋で広さが異なるため、多くのお客様にご利用いただくための措置となります。

    希望の部屋以外では宿泊を希望されない方は、予約フォームの下図の項目で「いいえ」を選択してください。

    お支払いは現金のみとなります

    クレジットや各種電子マネーでのお支払いは対応致しかねます。

    恐れ入りますが、現金でのお支払いをお願いいたします。

    料金は料金計算フォームにてご確認いただきますようお願いいたします。

    キャンセル規定について

    下記となります。何卒ご理解のほど、よろしくお願いいたします。
    ※不足の事態等では相談に応じますので、まずはお早めにご連絡ください。

    • 宿泊日の3日前から　 ：ご宿泊料金の30%
    • 宿泊日の１日前　　　：ご宿泊料金の50%
    • 当日・無断キャンセル：ご宿泊料金の100%
    予約確定後のキャンセル・変更・連絡等について

     メールでのご連絡は対応致しかねます。

    ※当初予約の50%以下となる人数減については、ご宿泊をご遠慮いただく場合がございます。
