You can. Before check-in, please let us know the time of your stopover in the remarks field of the reservation form.
*If luggage is checked in prior to the check-in date or later than the check-out date , it will cost 1000 JPY per day per piece of luggage.
- 2.Can I send my luggage by TA-Q-BIN?

We accept in the following cases.
- When you send to here : Prepaid
- When you send from here : Payment on delivery
And if you send luggage from/to Kiso area, this service might be helpful.

It is time based private. We will ask your preferred takinf time when you check in.

No. There is no private toilet in the room facing the street.
- 5. Are there any parking lot available?

You can park in a free parking lots in the neighborhood. Please refer to the below page for access to the parking lot.
We have parking space for motorcycles in the facility (Max 3 motorcycles).

Those are not available.Please pay in cash.

There are two possible causes.
- The e-mail address you entered is incorrect.
- You reject our e-mail or categorize as a junk mail.
For ❶, please check whether or not you have received our auto-reply e-mail after submitting the form. Please also check your junk mail box.
For ❷, please set your e-mail settings so that you can receive our e-mails. We will reply from one of the below.

Cancellation fee will be charged 3 days prior to the stay.
- 2~3 days before：30% of the fee
- 1 day before： 50% of the fee
- The Check in day： 100% of the ree
- 10.How to check availability? (What if I just want to check availability?)

If you write “Availability inquiry” in the “Questions ,Requests, etc”field , we will reply to you as an inquiry, not as a reservation.
