We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation regarding the following matters for your stay.

Please submit a copy of your passport

If you don’t submit it, your reservation might be cancelled.
(You need to upload just the representative’s one who wrote in the reservation form.)

About Payment and Payment Methods

Please pay the accommodation fee with JPY cash in person when you come here.
We can’t accept payment with a credit card.

You can check the cost via Fee calculation form.

How Changes and Cancellations of Reservations

Please contact us through the Cancellation and Change Request Form(Password: shimada600)
※We cannot accept cancellations or changes via email.

About Cancellation Policy

The following are our cancellation terms. We kindly ask for your understanding.

3 days before the stay date: 30% of the accommodation fee
1 day before the stay date: 50% of the accommodation fee
On the day / No-show: 100% of the accommodation fee

※In case of exceptional circumstances, please contact us for consultation.

Arrival time and luggage storage before check-in

The night before your stay, we will send you an email asking for your approximate arrival time.
We will also ask you if you would like to leave your luggage before check-in.

Please Note

If your plan includes dinner, please arrive here by 18:00.
If you wish to check in your luggage, please respond to the form by the day before your stay. If you contact us on the check in day, we may not be able to meet your request(If you have contacted us in advance,it’s no problem).
