If you have a strong preference, please tell us in the "Questions ,Requests, etc" field at the bottom of this form. Due to the old architecture (From the Edo period), the size of each room varies. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation so that we can accommodate as many guests as possible.
We offer the following three types of rooms and will ask for your preference at the time of booking, but please note that we may not be able to meet your request.
Standard (basic rate)
Room facing the Naraijuku street (additional charge: +¥1,000/person)
Room with toilet and washbasin (additional charge: +¥1,000/person)
Since all rooms vary in size due to the old Edo-era architecture, this is to ensure that we can accommodate as many guests as possible.
If you do not wish to stay in a room other than your preferred one, please select "No" in the item below on the reservation form.
About Cancellation Policy
Please note the following. Thank you for your understanding.
From 3 days before the stay: 30% of the accommodation fee
1 day before the stay: 50% of the accommodation fee
On the day or no-show: 100% of the accommodation fee
*We can accommodate unforeseen circumstances, so please contact us if there are any issues.
If you want to cancel, change or contact us to confirm your booking
*No reservations are required for the parking lot.
About Identity Verification
Once you receive an email from me confirming your reservation, please submit a copy of your passport using the dedicated form provided in the email. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your reservation.
